Hi, I’m Pasha. I’m a local IT professional, and I help people around Erie with their home tech on evenings and weekends.
I have 4+ years in the field, an IT degree, and a cybersecurity certification. More important, I’m patient. There are no dumb questions here, and I won’t make you feel bad for asking.

Still on Windows 10? Microsoft stopped regular updates for it in October 2025. I can check whether your computer can move to Windows 11, sign it up for Microsoft’s extended security updates, or help you pick a new one.
